NICE Robotic Process Automation provides smart decisioning, contextual guidance and process automation for optimizing customer interactions in real-time. In order to interact with any web based application running in the browser, this extension provides full connectivity and functionality. The extension works along the NICE's robotic process automation deployment, and requires installation of the RTClient application.
