StationLink is a CTI softphone developed by Avaya Japan for contact center use. This Add-on, StationLink Browser Connector, enables CRM applications in a contact center to communicate with StationLink. For example, when the operator receives a call from a customer, StationLink notifies it to CRM application through StationLink Browser Connector. Then, the application can popup the customer's information.
