Gantt Project is a professional project planning and progress app for Windows. It focuses on WBS, calendars, task dependencies, the critical path, resources, and cost—with local-first storage, open file exchange, and explainable automatic scheduling.
Build or open a plan, then edit the task table and Gantt chart together. After you set durations, FS/SS/FF/SF links, and lag/lead, the app calculates dates, total/free slack, and the critical path. Changes can be traced to calendars, constraints, or predecessors, with full undo/redo.
