Vector Clock has been designed specifically to fill this niche. Using SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) and minimal JavaScript Vector Clock clearly displays the year, day of the week, month of the year, and calendar day; along with the current time including hour, minute & second in 24 hour format. The latest version also shows the lunar phase. Visually Vector Clock uses the more uncommon and functional 24 hour (vs. 12 hour) analog clock face to improve legibility and allow for rapid conceptual reading of the passage of time. Meaning that the hour hand makes 1 revolution every 24 hours. A powerful settings system (accessible by hovering or tapping the upper-left corner of the app enables you to change the style, color & in some instances the opacity of almost every individual visual element using simple pull-down menus & randomization buttons.
