FastDoc provides an easy way to extract data from all your documents. The problem with most OCR applications out there is the fact you cannot easily categorize your data into a structured format, readable by spreadsheet software. FastDoc provides a user-friendly interface to categorize the extracted data and export it to conventional CSV or XML format. This software is ideal for situations where you need to extract large amount of structured data from hardcopies (e.g. auditing and accounting documents).
