概述
One speaker louder than the other? This puts a balance slider a single click from your clock.
A FLYOUT, NOT A WINDOW
Click the icon in the notification area and it opens beside it — bottom right, or wherever your taskbar happens to be docked. Click anywhere else and it is gone again. It is not in your taskbar and not in Alt+Tab, because it is not that kind of window.
CENTER IN ONE CLICK
The button under the slider puts both channels back to level. So does the tray icon's right-click menu, which has left, center and right on it without opening anything at all.
ANY OUTPUT, NOT JUST THE DEFAULT
Every playback device on your PC is in the list. Pin it to your headphones and leave Windows playing through your speakers, or the other way round.
IT TELLS YOU WHAT IT DID
'Centered', or '20% left'. A slider on its own does not tell you how far off center you are, and a balance you cannot read is a balance you cannot undo.
AND IT DOES NOT TURN YOUR VOLUME DOWN
Shifting the balance quietens one side, never both. Moving the slider back returns exactly where you were, however many times you move it.
SEE WHAT IS PLAYING
Each channel has its own live level bar, not just a slider position — so you can see the audio itself, not only where you set it. Pick Smooth, Segments or LED blocks in settings, whichever reads best to you.
WHEN IT CANNOT
Some outputs really do have one channel, and this says so by name — which device, and that there is no left and right on it to balance — instead of a message that reads as the app being broken.
OUT OF THE WAY
Nothing runs while the flyout is closed, which is nearly all the time. One switch starts it with Windows, through the Windows Startup page, so you can see it and turn it off there like any other startup app.
No account, no ads, and nothing that leaves your PC.
特性
A balance slider one click from the notification area
One button to center it again, on the slider and on the tray menu
Pick which output it balances, instead of only the default one
Opens beside the tray icons, wherever your taskbar is docked
Closes when you click away, like the volume flyout does
Fine control: one step is one percent, not five
Tells you what it did — '20% left' rather than a bare slider
A live level meter on each channel, in Smooth, Segments or LED-block style
Names the device when it genuinely cannot be balanced, and why
Never lowers your volume to do it
Light, dark, or whatever Windows is set to
Optionally centers the balance every time it starts
Starts with Windows, through the Startup page rather than a shortcut
Nothing runs while it is closed
No account, no ads, and nothing that leaves your PC
此版本中的新增功能
A new build.
- Opens beside the tray icons, with a tray icon always there to bring it back.
- Reads how many channels a device really has, and says which device and why when balancing is not available.
- Balance is absolute: move the slider back and you land exactly where you started.
- Idle while closed.
Also new: pick which output it balances instead of only the default, one-percent steps, a written readout of how far off center you are, left/center/right on the tray menu, and a light theme.
