Custom video effects now work on both CPU and GPU rendering systems (if you got an error using Image Overlay effects, this was the cause)

In order to provide the best experience, we dropped support for old versions of Windows 10 (10240 and 10586). This will only affect a very small set of users whom have not updated their PC in years.
