Vital Recorder is a free, open-source vital signs recording software for Windows. It captures real-time physiological data from patient monitors and anesthesia machines during surgery, including waveforms and numeric parameters. Supported devices include GE Solar/Carescape, Philips IntelliVue, Dräger, Nihon Kohden, Mindray, BioNet, and many more. Data is saved in the compact .vital format and can be exported to CSV for research and analysis.
