The first block of this app generates IV curves for a number of user-defined combinations of III-V materials and devices. The points of the IV curve can be copied and re-plotted if needed. The second block of the app generates energy band diagrams for user-defined three layer heterostructures. The band diagrams can also be exported and saved as a number of points, which can then be re-plotted.
