DDNS Updater is a Flutter-based Dynamic DNS (DDNS) client that keeps your device’s public IP in sync with DNS records at your chosen providers. It lets you use a stable domain name (e.g. home.example.com) to reach devices on networks with changing IPs (home broadband, small offices, VPS, etc.). Core Functionality IP detection and DNS updates – Detects the device’s public IPv4/IPv6 and updates A/AAAA records at DNS providers so your domain always points to the current IP. 60+ DNS providers – Supports Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, AliDNS, Tencent DNSPod, Huawei Cloud, DuckDNS, No-IP, and many others (international and China/Asia-Pacific). IPv4 & IPv6 – Dual-stack updates with separate configuration for each. Multiple IP sources – Get IP from HTTP URLs (e.g. api.ipify.org), network interfaces, or custom shell commands. Config management – Add, edit, and delete DDNS configs; update a single config or all at once. User Experience Multi-language – Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Arabic, and more. Theme and dark mode – Material Design 3 with light/dark/system themes and accent colors. Cross-platform – Android, iOS, Web, Windows, macOS, Linux. Config import/export – Export configs to JSON and import from JSON (replace or merge). Update history and logs – Logs of DDNS updates with configurable retention (1–365 days). System notifications – Optional notifications when IP updates complete (off by default). Scheduled auto-update – Per-config update intervals for periodic DDNS updates. Delivery Options Flutter app – GUI for managing DDNS configs. CLI – Command-line tool sharing the same DNS logic, usable with a config file or CLI arguments. Docker – CLI image for headless use (e.g. servers, NAS, Kubernetes). Design Goals One app and one config model across many providers and platforms.
