概述
The program is designed to collect, store and analyze data about your health and activity:
- Steps and distances by days,
- Height, weight, blood pressure etc.
- Medication etc.
Data can come from the sensors of the smartphone (MS Lumia 550, 650 etc.), imported from other programs or entered manually.
The accumulated data is stored in the local database, local files and on OneDrive.
Data can be shared with other programs - Twitter, Facebook etc.
The desktop version is designed to partially replace MS Healthvault.
Starting with the 2004.1909.105xx version, you can import data unloaded from HealthVault (RIP).
From June 2020, statistics on available measurements will be added - graphs and grids.
Since 2021, mathematical statistics techniques have been used to assess data and predict trends.
