There is always a date you are counting toward. A trip, a birthday, a launch, the end of something. Calendars are good at telling you when it is and bad at telling you how far away it is. Countdown Reminder puts that number on your wallpaper. One card per date, sitting where you will see it without opening anything. IT PICKS THE UNIT Years while a date is far off, days as it approaches, hours on the day itself, minutes in the final hour, and seconds in the last minute. You never see a four-figure number of days, and you never see a date you are about to miss described in weeks. TWO WAYS TO ARRANGE IT Cards gives every date the same size, which is what you want when they all matter. Horizon gives the nearest one the room and lets the rest sit under it as quiet lines, which is what you want when one of them matters more. COLORS Give each date its own, the way it has always worked, or put the whole set on one palette. Either way each card carries a mark showing how close it is, so a glance is enough. AFTER THE DATE Dates do not just vanish. Let them count up so you can see how long it has been, hold at zero, or take them off the desktop. It works fully offline and needs no account. An optional EvlarSoft ONE sign-in backs up your dates and settings so you can carry them to another PC, and feedback is sent only when you press Send. No ads, and nothing held back behind an unlock. Built for Windows 11, and at home on Windows 10.
