PersonalFinancier is a personal finance management app for Windows, designed to help you record, track, and better understand your finances in one place. Manually add banks, balances, expenses, goals, loans, recurring services, and investments. The dashboard provides an overview of balances, monthly expenses, recent entries, goals, and charts. Installment purchases are distributed across their corresponding months, while monthly and yearly services can be tracked until canceled. Goals show how much has already been used and how spending is distributed by category. The investments area lets you record amounts, whole units, and history. Monthly reports bring together the most important information, provide currency filters, and can be exported as PDF files. Each bank, expense, goal, service, loan, or investment keeps its own currency. The app organizes values without performing automatic currency conversion. PersonalFinancier works locally and does not require an online account for its core features. Data remains on the device, and entries are added by the user. The app does not automatically connect to financial institutions or transmit financial data to servers. You can create multiple local accounts protected by a password and recovery key. Automatic locking protects the session during inactivity, when Windows is locked, or when the computer is suspended. Local backup and restore are also available, along with the option to delete an account and all its associated data. The interface is available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

The first PersonalFinancier release prepared for the Microsoft Store. It includes a Portuguese, English, and Spanish interface, an in-app privacy policy, explicit consent, and account deletion with all associated data. It also adds automatic inactivity locking, protection when Windows is locked or suspended, security improvements, and complete third-party license notices. Financial data continues to be stored locally on the device.
