OptCut is an App for the automatic optimisation of the linear and/or rectangular cutting plan of rolls, bars, tubes, panels, profiles, sheets, frames, beams, coils of different materials such as: glass, wood, sheet metal, plastic, marble, metal, aluminium, Plexiglas, cardboard, steel, polycarbonate, etc... OptCut is aimed both at carpenters, sawmills, furniture manufacturers, glassworks, window and door manufacturers, metalworkers, blacksmiths, Plexiglas and plastics processors and at commercial activities that distribute in small pieces materials purchased in standard sizes. Thanks to its easy and intuitive graphic interface, it is possible to obtain an optimised cutting plan in just 2 steps: 1 - enter the list of orders (with even extremely different sizes and types of material), 2 - select the type of optimisation, the programme quickly selects the most suitable sizes from the materials in stock and draws up the cutting plan. OptCut handles grains, colours, labels, cutting blade size; it can also be interfaced with the company's management system and cutting machines. OptCut is available in different packages that differ in the number of pieces to be processed for optimisation and whether or not you can export/import files: - OptCut Starter (Allows optimisation up to a maximum of 300 parts). - OptCut Starter Import/Export (Allows optimisation up to a maximum of 300 parts, also allows the export/import of data with txt,csv files). - OptCut Pro (Allows optimisation of an unlimited number of parts). - OptCut Pro Import/Export (Allows the optimisation of an unlimited number of parts, also allows the export/import of data with txt,csv files). The App is simple to use and allows you to generate the optimised cutting plan in 3 simple steps: just select the material to be used, enter the pieces to be produced and start processing. At the end of the process, the cutting plans are displayed and can be printed in PDF format.
