By default the extension is disabled and needs to enabled, you can do that by clicking the extension icon followed by the OFF button. That will refresh your current tab you're in and enable the scroll function only on YouTube videos. *NOTE: OFF / ON reenabling might be required after the update v1.0.2 - Fixed scrolling with the latest changes that YouTube did
