Passing current page address to mobile devices is now simple with just scanning QR Code of that page. Simply click on pink icon and a QR Code is appear; scan it with your phone and open or share the address. No internet connection is needed for regular addresses (less than 80 characters) but for long addresses we need to shorten them to keep the QR Code clean and readable; this service needs internet connection for sure.
