Screen Lock for Vonage CC
The Screen Lock for Vonage Contact Center extension provides additional functionality to Vonage agents. When Chrome detects your screen has been locked, ContactPad's presence can be updated without having to be manually changed. Agents can choose which state to be updated to by using the dropdown in the Extension to select. Only states available in ContactPad are available to be chosen. Agents can also choose to have no state change occur on Screen Lock by selecting "None".
